Two hits for Derek Jeter in today's Yankees win, 4-3 over the Twins. Jeter now with 2,931 career knocks, just 69 away from 3,000.
Jeter will try to add to that total tomorrow at Fenway as the 4-2 Yanks face the 0-6 Red Sox. Boston lost this afternoon, 1-0 to the Indians. Maybe we shouldn't just give the Red Sox the AL East and World Series title just yet.
