Maybe Texas won't run away with the AL West.
The Angels, after a rare down season last year, appear to be back. Seriously, did you think the Angels would remain down long with Mike Scioscia as their manager.
Last night the Angels won at Texas 4-1 to run their record to 12-6, a game better than the Rangers.
Jared Weaver became the first 5-game winner (5-0) in baseball. His ERA is a puny 1.23. It looks like it will be an interesting summer in the West, excluding the Mariners and probably the Athletics.
